This book is for Project Managers, Aspiring Young Engineers, and Construction Company business owners.

The content of this book is designed to guide and give ideas to your project team on how and when to generate effective correspondences based on procedures stipulated under PAM 2018 Standard Form of Sub-Contract. In addition, this book also provides templates for correspondences with your Sub-Contractors. There are situations where your team will have to face with difficult Employers and Consultants and there will also be situations where your team will have to face with difficult Sub-contractors and Supplier. To address to all of these challenges, you need to effectively communicate with these parties. Effective communication is the major step to resolve conflict and avoid dispute.
